1. Correctly control the opening-rolling temperature, and the billet that does not meet the temperature specification shall not be rolled. 8. Finished product inspection and internal control standards for the size of ribbed steel bars of various specifications
1. The inspection and judgment of each item of the finished product shall comply with the requirements of the standard "Hot Rolled Ribbed Steel Bar for Reinforced Concrete".
2. The thermal inspector is responsible for inspecting the size and surface quality of the finished product in accordance with the requirements of the internal control standard, judging qualified and unqualified products, distinguishing furnace batch numbers and guiding production control.
3. Organize negative deviation production and perform actual weight weighing of finished products to ensure that the actual weight of the product does not exceed the minimum value specified by the standard.
