1. Improve the combustion process and the fuel is reasonable and fully burned. We have made technical improvements to the air supply and oil supply system and added a supporting frequency conversion control system. The furnace worker adjusts the air supply and oil supply through the electronic control system according to the actual production situation. 2. Improve the bottom structure of the furnace and change the heat transfer effect. In order to use waste rolls, fully tap the potential benefits of waste rolls and prolong the service life of rolls. Different types of rolls will be used in different stages. With the same external dimensions, waste rolls with different cross-sections can be re-arranged reasonably and cleverly, and transformed into other types of rolls to achieve multi-use and reuse of rolls to reduce roll consumption. Rolls are an important tool in the process of rolling steel. The quality is closely related; rolls are also the main consumable parts.
